Jerry E. Boone - founder
In 1959, Jerry Boone purchased his first nursing home, the Boone Nursing Home, a 15-bed facility located in Eyers Grove. He received his Nursing Home Administrator’s license in 1972. Throughout his 48 year career in nursing home management, he has overseen over 700 nursing home beds. Currently, Grandview is his only facility which he manages with his three children, Michael, Michele, and Lisa. Jerry is an U.S. Army veteran and member of the Stillwater Christian Church. |

Michael E. Boone, NHA - Co-administrator
A graduate of Millersville University with a BS in Business Administration, Michael Boone has worked for Grandview Health Homes, Inc. for the past 22 years in a variety of positions including Assistant Administrator and Administrator. He has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 1987 and is currently a board member of the Northeast Long Term Care Association. |

Michele Boone Freeman, NHA, PT - Co-administrator
Michele Boone Freeman graduated from the University of Scranton with a BS in Physical Therapy. She has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator since 1986 and the Co-administrator of Grandview since 2003. Since 1987, she also has been the owner and president of Valley Rehabilitation which delivers physical, occupational and speech therapies to long term care facilities and local school districts. |

Lisa Boone - Interior Design/Activities Department
Lisa Boone is a graduate of the Art Institute of Pittsburgh and the Laroche College-Pittsburgh with degrees in Interior Design. She owns and operates Endless Designs, a residential design firm. As an interior designer, she is responsible for creating the homelike atmosphere at Grandview and also assists the Activities and Rehabilitation Departments. |

Margaret S. Chapel, R.N. - Director of Nursing
A graduate of Polyclinic School of Nursing, Margaret Chapel has 30 years of nursing experience. She has worked at Shamokin State Hospital (med/surg), Orangeville Nursing and Rehabilitation Center (Director of Nursing), Bloomsburg Hospital (med/surg) and Columbia/Montour Home Health Hospices (Special Team), as well as a CPR Instructor and Nurses’ Aid Evaluator for the American Red Cross. |

Ann E. McLaughlin,R.N. - Marketing Director/Admissions Director
A graduate of the Geisinger School of Nursing, Ann McLaughlin has over 18 years experience in long term care. She was a Director of Nursing for over six years and has experience in both med/surg and cardiovascular nursing. Ann is also a speaker at seminars on long-term care and restraint reduction. As the Admissions Director at Grandview, she is responsible for assessing all new patients for potential admission to the facility. |
